I/We hereby declare that I/We am/are a certified high net worth individual for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2001.

By making this declaration, I/We acknowledge and understand the following:

1. Financial Promotions:

   • I/We may receive financial promotions that have not been approved by an FCA-authorised person.

   • The content of such financial promotions may not comply with the rules issued by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

2. Loss of Rights:

   • By signing this statement, I/We may lose certain rights, including:

     • The right to complain to the Financial Conduct Authority or the Financial Ombudsman Service.

     • The right to claim compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

3. Criteria for Certification:

   • I/We qualify as a certified high net worth individual because at least one of the following applies:

     • During the financial year immediately preceding the date below, I/We had an annual income of £100,000 or more.

     • Throughout the financial year immediately preceding the date below, I/We held net assets worth £250,000 or more, excluding:

       • My primary residence or any loan secured against it.

       • Any rights under a qualifying insurance contract as defined by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001.

       • Pension benefits or other benefits payable upon termination of service, death, or retirement.

4. Risk Acknowledgement:

   • I/We understand that making investment decisions based on financial promotions could result in the loss of my/our property and other assets.

   • I/We am/are aware that it is advisable to seek guidance from a specialist in investment advice.

By proceeding, I/We confirm acceptance of the above and self-certify as a high net worth individual.
