With exclusive rights to raise capital for companies in these industries, we provide brokers with access to allocations ranging from £25,000,000 to £50,000,000 per product, each with a minimum allocation of £5,000,000. This role presents a unique chance to work with premium, in-demand investment products structured through SPVs, allowing brokers to achieve significant earnings through proactive client engagement.

Job Description


We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Junior Brokers who are motivated to capitalise on our exclusive allocations and build a successful client base. This is a high-impact role requiring an active approach to client acquisition and high-volume outreach. Our uncapped commission structure offers substantial earning potential, with first-year brokers typically earning between £90,000 - £140,000 based on performance and experience.

As a Junior Broker, you’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with prospective investors through 300–500 outbound calls per day. You’ll be expected to secure a minimum of four new paid clients each month by presenting our unique investment opportunities in Renewable Energy, Branded Food, and Advanced Automotive Technology. Additionally, you will introduce clients to our FX Trading Course, designed to empower clients with skills in currency and crypto markets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Client Outreach: Make 300–500 outbound calls daily to introduce Kensington Crescent Ltd’s exclusive investment offerings and establish new client relationships.

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, engage, and secure prospective clients, managing the sales process from introduction to close.

  • Achieving Client Targets: Secure a minimum of four new paid clients each month to build a robust portfolio and achieve sales goals.

  • Industry Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our key sectors—Renewable Energy & Energy Storage, Branded Food, and Advanced Automotive Technology—to confidently present these high-value opportunities.

  • FX Trading Course Introduction: Introduce clients to our FX Trading Course, providing them with access to expert training in currency and crypto markets.

  • Portfolio Management: Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, focusing on long-term relationships and achieving ambitious targets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior brokers and management to refine strategies and maximise outreach effectiveness.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on trends within each sector to better anticipate client needs and identify valuable opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Financial Markets: A solid understanding of financial principles and investment products.

  • Experience in Sales and Client Acquisition: Proven ability in high-volume phone sales and relationship-building, ideally with experience selling to investors.

As a Senior Broker/Closer, you will be responsible for:

  • Closing Business Generated by Junior Brokers: Collaborate closely with our team of Junior Brokers to close deals with clients they have introduced, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to final sale.

  • Handling Inbound Leads: Engage with high-quality inbound leads, converting prospects into clients by presenting Kensington Crescent Ltd's exclusive investment opportunities.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service, regular updates, and identifying opportunities for additional investments.

  • Generating Your Own Leads: Utilise your network and prospecting skills to open new leads and expand your personal client portfolio.

  • Industry Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our key sectors—Renewable Energy & Energy Storage, Branded Food, and Advanced Automotive Technology—to confidently present these opportunities to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Senior Broker, Closer, or in a similar role within financial services or investment sales.

  • Track Record of Success: Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.

  • Deep Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.

  • Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, present investment products persuasively, and handle client inquiries effectively.

  • Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills: Expert in negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.

  • Client-Centric Approach: Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining high ethical standards.
